Step One
Go to MyGlendaleParks.com to create an ONLINE ACCOUNT. Make sure to add your children as members of the household. Call 818-548-2184 for username & password assistance. 

 

Step Two 
Beginning January 2 get your 2026 residency verified to enjoy resident rates through December 31, 2026. 
Email  required documentation to cspcustomerservice@glendaleca.gov and wait 48 hours for a confirmation email response. If you need immediate help, call 818-937-7433. 

Step Three
When resident registration opens, you can proceed because you have your residency verified with confirmation, and a valid online account to enroll and make payment.   Non-residents also need to make an online account in order to enroll and make payment.  The start of registration just begins later than resident registration.

Residency Verfication

ALL RESIDENTS must pre-register for residency status annually (even if you provided proof in 2025).

You may pre-register for residency status beginning January 2, 2026 by emailing a copy of your utility bill or rental agreement to cspcustomerservice@glendaleca.gov

Please include your full name, valid address, and a copy of the proof (utility bill or rental agreement) in the email.  Emails will be reviewed within two (2) business days, and you will receive an email response confirming residency when it has been completed.

 

You may also pre-register for residency status during business hours at any of the following Registration Locations (open hours of operation are limited at this time):

Residents are defined as any person who resides within the Glendale Unified School District boundaries.

Residents MUST bring Proof of Residency in the form of a current utility bill showing at least two (2) months history, or a copy of a current, executed rental agreement.  The utility bill or rental agreement must have the applicant's name, current date, and valid residential address printed on the front.  Utility bills can be in the form of a water bill, power bill, or gas bill.  Cell phone provider bills, credit card bills, television provider bills, bank statements, or any other bill not specified will not be accepted as proof of residency.

Summer 2026 Program Registration

June-August aquatics program registration dates:

Register for the TIME that's most convenient.  Level will be determined on the first day.

Verified Residents on Tuesday May 12, 2026 at 9 a.m. ONLINE

Everyone on Thursday May 14, 2026 at 9 a.m. ONLINE

Online registration is available at MyGlendaleParks.com or by clicking here.  YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AS A RESIDENT to receive the resident rates online and to begin registration designated for verified residents.  No refunds will be given to residents paying the non-resident fee online.  Additionally, swim lesson class participants MUST be present on the first day of the scheduled swim lesson; otherwise, the participant will be automatically dropped from the class. Refunds will not be authorized in the event this happens. If you know in advance that the participant will be unable to attend the first class session, you must call AND SPEAK TO the supervisor on duty so it can be noted on the roster and the participant will not be dropped.  As a result of no show's on the first day of class, we offer DAY 2 REGISTRATION (information below). 

SUMMER GROUP LESSON

DAY 2 REGISTRATION

​(for residents & non-residents):

This registration will be for any available lesson space as a result of another participant not attending their first class and being dropped from the class.  

 

When:  For summer weekday (Tues-Thurs) classes, Sessions A-E,  7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. on the second day of the session (Wednesday morning)  

              For summer weekend (Fri-Sun) classes, Sessions A-E, 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on the second day of the session (Saturday morning)

Where:  IN PERSON AT PACIFIC POOL ONLY 

YEAR ROUND GROUP LESSON

DAY 2 REGISTRATION

​(for residents & non-residents): 

This registration will be for any available lesson space as a result of another participant not attending their first class and being dropped from the class.  You can call Pacific Pool on the first day of classes (after classes have concluded) to see if there are any spaces available for the level you are interested in.  This will help you determine if you should come to Pacific Pool in an effort to register for an open class.   

 

When:  For year round classes, September through May, begins at 9 a.m. on the second day of the session, Wednesday (for Tues/Thurs classes) and Sunday (for Sat/Sun classes).

Payment for registration in person: Cash, Check, or Credit Card*

Payment for registration online: Credit Card​

*The City of Glendale charges a non-refundable 2.5% service fee for all credit card transactions. 

If you wish to avoid paying this fee, you may register in person and pay with cash or check at any registration location.
