Steps to Follow to Ensure Smooth Registration

Step One
Go to MyGlendaleParks.com to create an ONLINE ACCOUNT. Make sure to add your children as members of the household. Call 818-548-2184 for username & password assistance.
Step Two
Beginning January 2 get your 2026 residency verified to enjoy resident rates through December 31, 2026.
Email required documentation to cspcustomerservice@glendaleca.gov and wait 48 hours for a confirmation email response. If you need immediate help, call 818-937-7433.
Step Three
When resident registration opens, you can proceed because you have your residency verified with confirmation, and a valid online account to enroll and make payment. Non-residents also need to make an online account in order to enroll and make payment. The start of registration just begins later than resident registration.
Residency Verification
ALL RESIDENTS must pre-register for residency status annually (even if you provided proof in 2025).
You may pre-register for residency status beginning January 2, 2026 by emailing a copy of your utility bill or rental agreement to CSPCustomerService@GlendaleCA.gov
Please include your full name, valid address, and a copy of the proof (utility bill or rental agreement) in the email. Emails will be reviewed within two (2) business days, and you will receive an email response confirming residency when it has been completed.

Residents are defined as any person who resides within the Glendale Unified School District boundaries.
Residents MUST bring Proof of Residency in the form of a current utility bill showing at least two (2) months history, or a copy of a current, executed rental agreement. The utility bill or rental agreement must have the applicant's name, current date, and valid residential address printed on the front. Utility bills can be in the form of a water bill, power bill, or gas bill. Cell phone provider bills, credit card bills, television provider bills, bank statements, or any other bill not specified will not be accepted as proof of residency.
Aquatics Program Registration
GENERAL REGISTRATION for residents & non-residents:
General registration is available on the dates listed below. If you are unable to secure a space, a second-day registration option is also available. Please see below for all registration details.
Year Round Program Registration Dates: Please note, the following, subject to change.
September & October 2026 and May 2027 will offer Tues/Thurs and Sat/Sun group classes.
November, December, January, February, March, April will only offer Tues/Thurs group classes.
Private lessons, swim team, and water polo will all begin registration along with group lessons.
Private classes are offered on any day a group class is being offered.
Register for the correct swim LEVEL based on the participant's current skill and ability.
Verified Resident registration will begin at 9 a.m. ONLINE.
Registration for everyone will begin at 10 a.m. ONLINE.
September class registration: September 1, 2026 (including Fall swim team & water polo)
October class registration: September 29, 2026
November class registration: October 27, 2026
December class registration: November 24, 2026
January class registration: January 5, 2027
February class registration: January 26, 2027
March class registration: February 23, 2027 (including Spring swim team & water polo)
April class registration: March 23, 2027
May class registration: April 20, 2027
Summer 2027 Program Registration Dates:
For GROUP lessons, register for the desired TIME. The child's swim LEVEL will be
determined on the first day of class. Private lessons, swim team, water polo and Junior Lifeguard
Academy will all begin registration along with group lessons.
Verified Residents: Tuesday, May 11, 2027 at 9 a.m. ONLINE
Everyone: Thursday, May 13, 2027 at 9 a.m. ONLINE
YOU MUST BE PRE-REGISTERED AS A VERIFIED RESIDENT to receive resident rates online and to participate in the registration period designated for verified residents. Refunds will not be issued to residents who pay the non-resident fee online.
First-Day Attendance Requirement: Participants enrolled in group swim lessons must attend the first scheduled class. Participants who do not attend the first class will be automatically dropped from the class, and no refunds or credits will be issued.
If you know in advance that the participant will be unable to attend the first class, you must call and speak directly with the supervisor on duty before the class. The supervisor will note the participant's name and level on the roster so they are not dropped from the class.
If a participant does not attend the first class and has not made prior arrangements with the supervisor, the space will become available through DAY 2 REGISTRATION. Please see the information below for details.
SUMMER GROUP LESSON
DAY 2 REGISTRATION OPTION
(for residents & non-residents):
Day 2 Registration is for any lesson spaces that become available when a participant
does not attend the first class and is dropped from the program.
If you register through this option, you will participate in five classes, as the first class has already taken place.
The full lesson fee applies, and no prorated fee is available.
When:

For summer weekday (Tues-Thurs) classes, Sessions A-E, second day registration will be from 7:30 a.m. - 9:00 a.m. on the second day of the session (Wednesday morning)

For summer weekend (Fri-Sun) classes, Sessions A-E, second day registration will be from 9:00 a.m. - 9:30 a.m. on the second day of the session (Saturday morning)

Day 2 Registration is for lesson spaces that become available when a participant does not attend the first class and is dropped from the program.
On the first day of classes, you may call Pacific Pool after classes have concluded to check whether any spaces are available for the level you are interested in. This will help you determine whether you should come to Pacific Pool to register for an available class.
If you register through Day 2 Registration, please note that you will participate in five classes, as the first class has already taken place.

*The City of Glendale charges a non-refundable 2.5% service fee for all credit card transactions.
